He explained the whole roofing process, took his time listening to my dad and worked with my Dad on pricing due to having to pay out of pocket since State Farm (Graylan Dabney, Carlos Martinez: inspector, Terrell location) denied my Dad's claim for wind and hail damage; my Dad's been with StateFarm for almost 14yrs never missed a payment, but they are quick to use any excuse to not to pay. Even after Jose provided a ridiculous amount of evidence showing otherwise."
